Business are always emotional!!!! If you don’t understand the emotional side of your business, you will be in trouble.

 

People are willing to work for your company because they love the challenge, love their workmates and do meaningful work. Money can’t keep the good ones for a long time if they are bored, bullied or don’t like their boss.

 

You can have the best product and best price, but if your business is immoral, or worst, illegal, you will feel it in your bank account. People buy from you because they share their core values with you. 

 

Want to make business for a long time? Forget the quarterly goals. My question for you is this: Do you have the right culture, so people are excited working with you and buying from you?
