Being a leader isn’t a very attractive job. In fact, only 7% of the workers aspire to occupy a C suite, and 66% of them, don't even want to be managers.

The chief’s salary is usually higher, but so are the responsibilities. As a leader, you will suffer stress. You’ll accumulate it with the passage of time and start to experience what is called the SACRIFICE SYNDROME.

There is cognitive, perceptual and emotional deterioration. No matter how effective you've been so far, the reality is, that there comes a point where you can't lead. The solution is to activate the renewal cycle to recover. (every day).

Activities such as sports, spending time with people you love, resting, or meditating, among others, help to renew you.

And you? What do you do, to renew yourself?

Me Leader? No, Thank You.
