Winner Mindset. EN

When you start a project or a major change in your company, start by explaining to your employees what you want and the sacrifices that will have to be made. When you have finished, describe the victory you will achieve thanks to those sacrifices.

Starting with the worst part will trigger motivation for two reasons:

First, people expect and appreciate the sincerity of a leader, no matter how crude the reality.

Secondly, difficulties are challenges, and human beings cannot resist them.

Winston Churchill put it brilliantly during World War II.

First, he described the sacrifice: "I have nothing to offer but blood, effort, tears and sweat"

Then he drew the objective: "Victory, victory at all costs, victory in spite of terror, victory however long and hard the road may be"

Do you want to create a winning mentality in your team? Start by listing the sacrifices you expect from them. Finish by explaining how the victory will be.

Tell me in the comments section, how it went!
