Chronic stress

Many people don't know they have chronic stress. They feel bad and think it's age, or that they are sick.

Answer these questions:

Have you lost focus?

Do you get angry easily?

Do you feel like you are not in control?

Are you exhausted?

Do problems seem insurmountable?

If you feel this way, or you know someone in this situation, it is advisable to visit the doctor to rule out physical problems. If everything is fine, it's probably chronic stress.

My advice? Get in touch with a psychologist.

He/she will help you to get back to the person you were, to regain the control and strength you have lost.
