HOW TO BE HAPPY. THE DEFINITIVE ANSWER.

The longest study about happiness in history started in 1938. It has been conducted by Harvard University.

Dr. Robert Waldinger distills thousands of data points from this study into one conclusion:

Your happiness depends on the quality of your relationships.

The trick? You have to create and nurture those relationships. You have to work on them.

So, this week pick up the phone and call that friend you have lost contact with. Speak to a strange. Smile at people. Ask how they are doing. Help someone out.

If you do that, you will be not only happier: Your health will improve too.

Remember a time, when you have been happiest. Was it, when you were alone? Tell me in the comments.

I wish you a great day!
