Open spaces have been trend in offices for a few decades. Modern startups have made it a sign of openness, transparence and good internal communication. Unfortunately, they don’t work as well as we thought.

At work we need to interact with other people to generate new ideas. But we should be able to choose and coordinate time for focused work without interruptions.

This pandemic will someday end and people will get back to work together. Use this time of empty offices to redesign your spaces and schedules.
