In my practice I see a lot of people wanting to change jobs. There’s no perfect job, and with the passing of the years, monotony can make your daily work dull. If that’s your case, don’t jump straight into another job yet.
Try job crafting instead.
When visiting NASA in 1961, Kennedy asked a Janitor what his job was. He answered
„I’m helping put a man on the Moon“
Think about your mission. You don’t just work for yourself. You are part of something bigger. Think about how important your work is, for other people: Your colleagues, your clients or the World.
It’s possible that you have a great job, and you haven´t realised it.
