Are you feeling relaxed?
Are you feeling confident?
Are you feeling sharp and focused?
Is your energy level high?
Are you motivated?
Are you hopeful?
Sum up the answers. 30 points is the ideal state of mental fitness. You have some work to do there, don’t you?
Mental fitness is like physical fitness: It needs work and goes down if we don’t pay attention to it.
Put mental fitness high on your goal list this year. Work on it. Achieving the rest of your goals depends on it.
