The Micromanager

If you’ve been a good professional and you are promoted to a leadership position, you can easily become a micro-manager.

As a micromanager, you think your subordinates' work is never enough, and sometimes you do your people's work. Stop doing it. You're destroying your teams' motivation.

You're not transforming things. You're transforming people. You have to organize, motivate, educate, and guide people. You have to give them freedom and space so they can do their best.

You are not a professional anymore. Your work is completely different. Because you're a leader now.

Are you a micro manager? Do you know one? Tell me on the comments or through LinkedIn Message.
